Ever since I got my Bread Maker, I've been imagining myself making these buns. For the last 2 weeks or so, I've been reading the same recipe over and over again. Seriously! I just couldn't find time soon enough to do it. Finally yesterday, dengan penuh tekadnya, i rolled up my sleeves and did it!


The first batch. Sardine Buns. Herot petot, lonjong pun ada. Heheheh



The filling.. yummsss.. The bun lembutttttttttt lah sesangatnya. Makan masa suam2.. oh myyyyyyy!!



2nd batch in the oven. Dah tercantum la pulak satu sardine bun tu dengan sausage roll.



The end product. Afiq in particular loved these so much! He said, "Wahhh!! mama buat roti sosej ni? Afiq sukaaaaa roti sosej. Thank you, Mama"



Needless to say, I felt like a domestic goddess! Yeyyyyy!!!

    But yeah, it looks so sedap, and yes Afiq, I too love roti sosej.YOU MUST MAKE ROTI SARDIN insyaAllah when we pop in KL next year...the husband is adamant to eat satay Kajang (we watched some food show, and they were showcasing satays in Malaysia...terliur² mamat tu!)

    Lisa, that Samuri satay place is just 5-10 minutes away from my place, so you must, must, must come to my house, then we go satay feast togeder-geder k? Sardine buns? sure can.. kena practice dulu ni!
